How to cancel Crave in Canada

Short answer: if you pay Crave directly, cancel online at crave.ca: Account, then Subscriptions, then Cancel Plan. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and Crave doesn't refund unused time. If Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon, Disney+, Bell or your TV provider bills you, cancel with them.

First: who bills you?

Check your card or bank statement:

Bell (Mobility, Fibe TV, Bell Streaming) or another TV provider Contact that provider

Good to know:

Cancel Crave billed by Apple or Google

Crave says it can't change or cancel subscriptions bought through a third party (Crave FAQ).

Cancel Crave billed by Bell or your TV provider

Crave asks you to contact your TV or mobility provider directly (it names Bell Mobility and Virgin). If you cancel through Bell, you keep access until your scheduled renewal date, and your Crave account isn't deleted (Bell Support).

When to cancel so you don't pay another month

Your billing period starts on the day you subscribed. If you renew on the 15th, cancel by the 14th. Annual plans work the same way, once a year. You can't pause Crave: cancel, then resubscribe later.

Cheaper than cancelling? Switching from Premium ($22) to Standard With Ads ($11.99) saves about $120 a year before tax ($10.01 × 12).

FAQ

Does Crave refund the rest of my month? No. Crave is prepaid and doesn't refund any unused part of a billing period, even partially. You keep access until the period ends (Crave refund policy).

Can I pause Crave? No. Crave has no pause option. Cancel, then resubscribe whenever you like.

I cancelled but I can still watch. Is that normal? Yes. The cancellation takes effect on your next renewal date, and your account shows the time remaining.

I switched to Crave through my TV provider. Does my old direct subscription stop? No. Crave says it won't cancel automatically, so cancel it yourself to avoid being billed twice.

Does cancelling delete my Crave account? No. You can still sign in, and you can watch the free content with a Bell Media account.
