How to cancel Disney+ in Canada
Short answer: if you pay Disney+ directly, sign in and go to disneyplus.com/account/cancel-subscription, then click Cancel Subscription. You can cancel at any time with no penalty; it takes effect at the end of your current billing period (or promo period). If you subscribed through Apple, Google Play or Amazon, cancel with them.

Cancel Disney+ on disneyplus.com (direct billing)
- Sign in at disneyplus.com.
- Go to disneyplus.com/account/cancel-subscription (or open your profile, then Account, then your subscription).
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.
You keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Cancel your subscription before deleting your account. Deleting the app doesn't cancel anything.
Menu names inside the app can vary by device. The URL and the "Cancel Subscription" button come from the Canadian Subscriber Agreement; the profile → Account path is from Disney+'s general help and wasn't checked on a Canadian account.
Cancel Disney+ billed by Apple or Google
- Apple (iPhone/iPad): Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Disney+ → Cancel Subscription. (Apple Support)
- Google Play: your subscriptions in Google Play → Disney+ → Manage → Cancel subscription. Uninstalling the app doesn't cancel. (Google Play Help)
Bundles with Crave or TSN
Disney+ sells bundles with Crave and/or TSN in Canada. Disney+ says each service in a bundle is provided independently by its operator, on its own platform and under its own terms. Does Disney+ refund unused time?
Usually not. The Canadian Subscriber Agreement says Disney+ doesn't refund or credit partially used billing periods unless required by law, though it may do so case by case. Where the law gives you a refund, it's prorated by the number of days between the start of your last billing period and your cancellation date. If you cancel, you also lose any billing credits on the account.
Disney+ also says it will try to email you at least 30 days before a price change. If you don't accept it, you can cancel using the instructions in that email.

- Paying Standard annually costs $159.99 instead of $191.88 for 12 monthly payments, so you save $31.89 a year. Premium annual saves $33.89 ($203.88 vs $169.99).
- Going from Premium monthly ($16.99) to Standard With Ads ($8.99) saves $96 a year before tax.
