How to remove a Bell TV add-on (Crave, theme packs, channels)
Short answer: in the MyBell app, tap Services, pick your TV service, tap Change beside the programming section, untick the add-on (Crave is under Movies & Series), tap Review Changes, then accept the terms. Bell's article covers Fibe TV, the Fibe TV app and Satellite.
Steps in the MyBell app
- Open the MyBell app. If your TV service isn't shown, tap the Profile icon (top right) and Log in with your MyBell username and password.
- Tap Services at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the TV service you want to manage.
- Tap Change beside the section of programming you want to change.
- Open the section to edit (for example Movies & Series, where streaming add-ons such as Crave are listed).
- Untick the channels or add-ons you want to remove.
- Tap Review Changes, check the summary, then tap Accept Terms and Service.
Good to know
- Bundled add-ons: if Crave or another service is included in your package (not added separately), it may not appear as removable. Contact Bell to ask what changing the package would do to your price.
- Crave billed by Crave directly is not on your Bell bill: see our Crave guide.
- The same steps on the MyBell website weren't checked on an official Bell page this session.
- Check your next Bell bill to confirm the line is gone.
