How to cancel a Rogers streaming or channel add-on
Short answer: sign in to MyRogers, go to the Manage subscriptions page, pick the streaming service, select Unsubscribe, keep Current plan selected, then Continue to Unsubscribe and Confirm & Unsubscribe. Rogers says you keep access until the end of the current billing cycle and get a confirmation email.
Streaming add-ons in MyRogers
- Sign in to MyRogers and go to the Manage subscriptions page.
- Select the streaming service (or StreamSaver) and select Unsubscribe.
- Make sure Current plan is selected and select Unsubscribe.
- Select Continue to Unsubscribe.
- Review the details, tick the checkbox and select Confirm & Unsubscribe.
MyRogers (Shaw) accounts: go to Subscriptions, select Cancel [service], then Yes, remove [service].
What you can and can't cancel on its own
Per Rogers' streaming app terms:

Unlinking your streaming account does not stop the Rogers charge. If you cancel through Rogers, a direct subscription you had paused with the streaming service may resume billing with that service.
Channel add-ons (MyRogers (Shaw))
Sign in, go to Channel Add-ons, choose the channel, select Unsubscribe, then Close. Channels must stay on the account at least 30 days before removal.
