How to remove illico+ (formerly Club illico) or channels from Vidéotron

Short answer: Helix or Mobility customers remove illico+ in Mon compte (My Account): Streaming package tile → Manage subscription → Remove package → confirm. illico TV customers can't do it online and must call customer service (1 877 512-0911) or visit a store. Vidéotron's pages are in French; English labels below are translations.

Remove illico+ (Helix and/or Mobility)

  1. Go to Mon compte.
  2. Scroll to the Forfait de diffusion en continu (streaming package) tile.
  3. Click Gérer l'abonnement (manage subscription), then Supprimer le forfait (remove package).
  4. Confirm the cancellation and review the summary.
  5. Click Confirmer.

illico TV: illico+ tied to illico TV can't be changed online; contact customer service or a store. Not a Vidéotron customer? Sign in on illicoplus.ca, click the icon at top right, choose Mon compte, and unsubscribe there.

Remove paid channels (Helix TV)

  1. In Mon compte, open Services et équipements, then Changer mes chaînes in the TV package tile.
  2. Untick the Premium or specialty channels to remove.
  3. Click Continuer, check the order summary, then Passer ma commande.

On illico TV, use Espace client → Television → change channels, then Valider and confirm. Vidéotron's terms say a channel selection must be kept at least 30 days.

Cancelling a whole service

Removing an add-on is different from cancelling Internet, TV or mobile, which Vidéotron says is done by phone only: see our Vidéotron guide (FR).
