How to cancel DashPass in Canada
Short answer: in the DoorDash app or on doordash.com, tap the account icon, go to Manage DashPass, tap Cancel Membership, pick a reason, then Cancel DashPass. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled payment.
Steps (app or doordash.com)
- Open the DoorDash app or doordash.com.
- Tap the account icon.
- Go to Manage DashPass.
- Tap Cancel Membership.
- Select a reason for your cancellation.
- Select Cancel DashPass, then Got it.
DoorDash sends an email confirming the cancellation.
Good to know
- Timing: cancel 24 hours before your next payment to avoid the next charge.
- After cancelling: benefits last until the end of the current billing period. During a free trial, they end immediately.
- Pause instead: on Manage DashPass, choose Pause Membership, then Pause DashPass.
- Through a partner (a credit card or another offer): DoorDash says some partner plans need DoorDash Support to cancel immediately.
